- support through the referral and assessment process
- help parents develop goals & strategies & implement therapy recommendations
- help in accessing community resources and services/Service Coordination
- on site consultation and sharing of resources with childcare agencies and school programs
- help with the transition into elementary school, high school, and into adult day and employment programs

- attend case conferences and IPRC.
- help apply for available funding such as Speech, ACSD, SHAH, & ODSP
- assist families in recruiting and training parent relief workers
- advocacy for individuals and families
- parent/teacher training, support groups workshops & resource sharing
