A national youth group designed to promote leadership, instruction, physical fitness, and interest in the Canadian Forces. Also taught are air craft related subjects plus other programs including band and outdoor activities.

4-H leaders and members are involved in projects such as Dairy, Beef Heritage, Sewing, Cultural Diversity, Judging, and Exploring 4-H. Leaders are expected to attend training sessions. Projects are a minimum of 12 hours. Leaders must complete a 4-H Screening Procedure to protect our youth. There are judging competitions, leadership camps, and other activities to promote public speaking.
